Who are we?

Niagara Powerlifting Club was established in 1999. 

Our club trains together on a regular basis. With ongoing dedication, we have produced provincial, national and international champions.

Powerlifting Associations

We are an official Ontario Powerlifting Association club affiliated with the Ontario Powerlifting Association and Canadian Powerlifting Union (CPU).  

Hosting

We have been hosting an annual Niagara Open Powerlifting competition since 2003.  The contest has become high profile and draws lifters from outside of Ontario.  Of course, because this is an Open competition, all calibre levels are welcome.
